The rules, kept short on purpose.
Stampcard generates QR codes, hosts customer stamp-card pages and records stamps you give. It is provided as-is, without warranty. It is not a payment system, not an accounting record and not a source of legal truth: a stamp is whatever your staff pressed.
Free: 200 stamps/month, one shop. Entry ($5/month): 2,000 stamps/month. Starter ($9/month): 10,000 stamps/month, up to 3 shops. Quotas are per calendar month and count stamps, not customers. When a quota is reached the API returns HTTP 429 with links to the plans; nothing is deleted and cards keep their counts.
Paid plans can be cancelled at any time from /account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Accounts can be deleted from the same page. Payment is processed by Stripe.
The stamp count and rewards are a record of what you chose to record. We are not liable for lost cards, cleared browsers, or a customer who cannot prove their stamp count.
